Paultons Properties Limited is a family run commercial property investment business with over 30 years experience. We have vast knowledge and resource in construction and property maintenance having developed a large amount of our portfolio ourselves.

We are currently seeking further investment opportunities:

Lot sizes between £1m and £4m

Preferably single let properties with good covenants and a minimum 8 years plus income

Redevelopment and refurbishment opportunities also considered with vacant possession

Offices, industrial, trade park and leisure users

Convenience stores also considered
